We specialise in cutting, slitting and pressing out to size across a wide range of our products. Whether you require precise machine cutting to shape or need custom washers, gaskets, or cut parts, we have you covered.
With over 30 years of experience, we offer a bespoke felt converting service with a range of converting machinery, including a Gerber computer controlled cutter, a clicker press, Merkel slitter, and travelling head press. Our adhesive backing service is available on-site to save you time and money. We accept orders from 10 parts to 1,000,000.
Throughout our history, we’ve assembled a library of over 300 tools to support our customers. If we don’t have a tool to suit your needs, we can cost-effectively make one for you, starting from as little as £25. Adhesive Backing
In addition to cutting, we also offer adhesive backing services to provide added convenience and versatility to your felt products. We can adhesive back as little as 4m of material. Width is generally 900mm and as we make to order you can choose from our wide range of felt materials. Whether you need adhesive backing for easy installation or to enhance the functionality of your materials, our team can apply it with precision and expertise.
