MOD Felts

Our range of MOD felts are made in an MOD approved factory in Europe.

We have been supplying felts for items as diverse as ammunition bags to embroidery felts for ceremonial use to saddlery felts dyed to meet the colour requirements of the Household Cavalry. We specialise in rot proofed felts ideal for the harshest working environments and we stock a range of different thicknesses. We can also make to your order requirement with a minimum order of around 150m2.

All our felts are made to BS4060 and we make our rot proofed felts (T1115D and T1115C) to meet DEF Stan 83-19- Type QX (compatible with explosives).

T1115C has a density of 0.18g/cm3

T1115D has a density of 0.18g/cm3

We can supply a certificate of conformity to meet your standards and requirements.

We also offer a Melton cloth in finest 100% wool made in the UK for embroidery and other applications.

We supply felt plugs and cartridge waddings in a range of thicknesses and diameters and densities to meet our wide and specialist customer needs. Customers range from pistol clubs to shotgun clubs and all have their own requirements. Please try us we will not disappoint you!
