We have been offering a bespoke felt converting service for over 30 years and have a range of converting machinery. From clicker press to Merckyl slitter to travelling head press, which allows us to meet most of your needs. In addition we can adhesive back on site to save expensive double handling.
In our 30 year history we have assembled a library of over 300 tools from which we can support our customers. We can also cost effectively make a tool for you to meet your very need, these tools can start from as little as £25. So please send PDF drawing to info@anglotechnicaltextiles.co.uk (ideally in a pdf please) and we can give you a quote for the tool and cut parts.
Engineering felts for conversion conform to BS 4060 and are available as:
- Density:0.25g/cm³- white wool felt at 1.5mm / 2mm / 3mm / 4mm / 5mm / 6mm / 8mm / 10mm / 12mm / 15mm / 20mm (rolls 1.8m wide)
- Density:0.4g/cm³- 2mm / 3mm / 6mm / 10mm / 12mm / 16mm (rolls 1.5mm wide)
