ISO 9001

IS0 9001 is a quality management system. It puts in place a management system to ensure quality and performance is controlled and managed. Over 1 million companies world wide are certified making ISO 9001 one of the most used management tools in the world today. A third party certification body provide independent certification that Anglo meets the requirements of the standard.

BS4060-2006 – Pressed Wool Felts

This British standard specifies requirements for general purpose felts including packaging felts and decorative felts and precision felts. Methods of testing for chemical and physical properties are given in normative indexes C and D. This standard applies to either white felt or grey felt with a minimum wool content of 75%, 90% or 97% , except for A97/7D felt, which is dyed.

40W White

Product description
Hard White High Quality Wool Felt at 1.6m wide. Density: 0.40g/cm³. Available in thicknesses of 2mm, 3mm, 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm and 16mm.

EN779 – European air filter test standard

A test standard for general ventilation air filters based on average efficiency. Air filter classification was extended in the 2009 standard from just coarse and fine filters to also cover filters F7 to F9. It is based of Minimum Efficiency (ME). The standard measures not just install efficiency but also through the tests loading procedure and discharge efficiency. Thus it offers a measure of efficiency for filters though their useful life.

FMVSS 302- Automotive flame retardant standard

This is an American standard recognised worldwide, the European equivalent is ISO 3795. The standard specifies the burn resistance requirements for materials used in the occupant compartments of motor vehicles. It is aimed to prevent deaths due to fire caused by, for example, cigarettes.

Class O Building Regulations- FR test applicable to dwellings

The Building Regulations Approved Document B specifies that the intention is for internal linings of communal areas to conform the Class O. Internal linings are materials used in lining any partition wall, ceiling or internal structure. The main classification is based on BS 476 part 6 (method of test for fire propagation)and part 7 (method of determining classification of surface spread of flame).
